Decision Support

The Decision Support feature in IATA MRO SmartHub streamlines decision-making by focusing on specific use-cases, simplifying interfaces, and displaying only the relevant KPIs and information for the task at hand.

Two use-cases are currently available:

• Purchase Price Validation — Evaluate whether a supplier quote or purchase price is fair relative to the market.

• Sales Price Finder — Determine optimal selling prices for parts based on market data and company-specific pricing rules.

Both tools share the same underlying market data (FMV, transaction history, quantile analysis) but present it from the perspective of the respective user: buyer or seller.
