At least one row has been removed from the content of the uploaded CSV file due to at least one missing required field. Please review the uploaded content that is shown in IATA MRO SmartHub and identify the missing row(s). The columns specified in [field names] have to be present for each row to be valid.

In at least one row of the uploaded data the field [field name] contains not a number or a negative number. Please check the uploaded CSV file and re-upload.
In case the mentioned field contains a price, please make sure to format prices as numbers without any currency sign or name. For more details on how price fields must be formatted, see here.

For example, in the address example@mail.com, “example” is the email prefix, and “mail.com” is the email domain.
Allowed characters are letters (a-z), numbers, underscores, periods, and dashes. An underscore, period, or dash must be followed by one or more letter or number
No bids available. There is nothing to export right now.
For the selected auction, no bids have been placed yet. An export of bids is only possible after at least one bidder has successfully placed a bid.
Part number not found. No information for the entered part number can be found.
For Evaluator, this message implies that the entered part number is not known in our material reference catalog and therefore no evaluation results can be displayed. If you think there must be evaluation results, please contact support via the contact form with all necessary details about this part number.
For Connector, this message implies that no listings exist for this part number that are visible to you. There may be listings for this part number available that are not available for you. If you think there must be listings for this part number from a certain supplier available, please directly contact the supplier to ensure that the visibility is defined correctly.
Not allowed. You cannot increase the quanitity. Please use the add function to add new parts.
For a material that is already listed in the consignment project it is not possible to increase the quantity. You can decrease the quantity to account for any removals/utilizations/sales you may had. If you would like to increase the quantity of a certain material in a consignment project, you have to use the add function to add new parts.

The uploaded CSV file did not contain any data. Please review the CSV file that the data you want to upload to IATA MRO SmartHub is included and re-upload.

The uploaded CSV file is too large. If you are trying to upload data for Evaluator, please use the web-uploader (see here). If you do not have credentials for the we-uploader or you tried to upload data for Connector, Consignment, or Auctioneer, please reach out to our support team.
CSV file error: After validation and conversion, no valid rows remain.
Each file that is uploaded to IATA MRO SmartHub has to pass validation checks. These checks ensure that the contained data is inline with the requirements of the specific use-case. In addition to that, during the upload process certain fields are converted into defined standard formats. Any rows in the uploaded data that do not pass the validation checks or where the conversion functions cannot be applied are removed from the data set. In case of such removals, you are notified during the upload process to check the data and correct any mistakes.
If the error message above is shown during the upload process, the validation and conversion step has removed all rows from the uploaded data set. This implies that nothing can be uploaded.
CSV file error: No column names received.
The uploaded CSV file is missing the header row containing the column names. Please check the Remarks on file format when uploading data via CSV for more details on uploading data via CSV.
CSV file error: Empty file received.
The uploaded CSV file did not contain any data. Please review the CSV file that the data you want to upload to IATA MRO SmartHub is included and that the Remarks on file format when uploading data via CSV are considered.
CSV file error: Missing columns in row [rowNumber].
