Participating in an Evaluator Trial¶
The Evaluator trial on IATA MRO SmartHub allows users to test the capabilities of the Evaluator module in a simplified and flexible manner. It is designed for a quick and seamless start, requiring minimal involvement from IT or legal teams. Below are the key details and requirements for participating in an Evaluator trial.
Purpose¶
The primary goal of the trial is to provide participants with a hands-on experience of the Evaluator module’s features, enabling them to evaluate its applicability and benefits for their organization.
Key Features of the Trial¶
Simplified Data Contribution: Participants need to contribute only the mandatory data fields for the past 6 months of transaction history. More comprehensive data sets are welcome but not required. The trial scope can also be limited to a subset of part numbers, and access to Evaluator will be restricted to that scope.
No Contract Required: Participation only requires acceptance of the Terms of Use of MRO SmartHub. If an NDA is necessary for the trial participant, it can be arranged.
Flexible Duration: The trial typically lasts between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on what has been agreed with IATA.
Streamlined Process: The trial is designed to be initiated quickly: 1. Data is imported into the platform. 2. User accounts are registered. 3. A short kick-off meeting introduces the designated users to the module.
Post-Trial Feedback Session: At the end of the trial, a feedback session is held to gather insights, address any concerns, and discuss potential next steps.
Process¶
The trial duration, included user accounts, and other specifics are individually decided by IATA based on the participant’s needs. The general process includes:
Submission and import of the required data.
Creation of user accounts for the trial participants.
A kick-off meeting with the users to introduce the module and trial scope.
A feedback session at the conclusion of the trial.
