Onboarding Process¶
The onboarding process ensures that new customers can efficiently use all features of the IATA MRO SmartHub. The structure and elements of the onboarding process differ based on the modules included in the customer’s scope.
Kick-Off Meeting¶
The first step in the onboarding process is a kick-off meeting, which takes place shortly after the contractual aspects have been completed. During this meeting, IATA and Opremic will designate an individual onboarding manager who will guide the customer through the process and act as the main point of contact.
Agenda for the Kick-Off Meeting:
Introductions: Meet the key personnel involved in the onboarding process from IATA/Opremic and the customer.
Individual Onboarding Plan: Present the tailored onboarding plan and schedule the training sessions.
Data Contribution for Evaluator: (Only relevant if the Evaluator module is included in your scope) Introduction to the technical requirements for contributing data to the IATA MRO SmartHub.
Customer Questions: Open Q&A session for onboarding or platform usage inquiries.
