The user settings menu allows users to manage individual settings and customizations.

CSV delimiter

You can select the preferred CSV delimiter based on your computers locale. Due to regional Excel settings having default list separator options where files will either be read with a comma separator or semicolon separator. In Europe, the default is for the semicolon to be a delimiter instead of a comma.

If a CSV file downloaded from the IATA MRO SmartHub is not shown correctly in Excel, please check your locale and change the CSV delimiter accordingly.

Managing Email Notifications

In User Settings under Notification Preferences, you can control which auction notifications you receive:

1. Sourcing Auctions

Check “Receive invitations for sourcing auctions” to get notified about new sourcing auctions.

2. Sales Auctions

Check “Receive invitations for sales auctions” to stay informed about new sales auctions.

To stop receiving sales/sourcing notifications, simply uncheck the corresponding box.
