Procurement Cockpit¶
The Procurement Cockpit module of the IATA MRO SmartHub enables procurement teams to manage part demands, evaluate supplier listings against market data, and make data-driven purchasing decisions. It brings together demand management, supply matching, and material evaluation in a single workflow.
The module is structured around four sections:
Demand — Create and manage procurement demands for parts your company needs.
Supply — Upload and manage supplier inventory listings as packages.
Worklist — Match demands against supply, evaluate materials using market data, select preferred listings, and set offer prices.
Evaluation — Access detailed market analysis for individual parts.
The typical workflow follows these steps:
Upload or manually create procurement demands with priority and reason.
Upload supplier listings as named packages.
Use the Worklist to review matched supply for each demand and evaluate materials.
Select preferred listings, set custom offer prices, and review KPIs.
Export selected listings for further processing.
