Shop Window¶

The Shop Window is a feature in the Connector module that allows users to access a supplier company’s full sales listings.

Access¶

You can access the Shop Window through Connector > Search. The search page contains two inputs: a part search on the left to find specific part listings, and a company selection on the right to view a supplier’s Shop Window.

Shop Window Results¶

After selecting a company, the Shop Window screen displays all visible listings for that company. Basic information like part details, serial numbers, condition, lead time, and quantity is immediately available. For more details, you can click on the part number to view the detailed Connector search screen.

Note

Shop Window results don’t include pricing information to avoid exploitation of a supplier’s pricing strategy. To view pricing, access the Connector search screen by clicking on the part number. If you have a limit on daily part searches, each click on a part number counts as a search activity.
